ILIGAN WONDERS

TINAGO FALLS

Knees were trembling as we reached the proper destination of this majestic falls. whew! Hundreds of steps down to this place? It's definitely true and it's worth the pain. Tinago falls is located in Brgy. Ditucalan, Iligan City, city of waterfalls. "Tinago" is a bisayan term which means "hidden".

327 descending steps as I count it.

Glamorous view. Who could argue with it? Everything in hidden is worth exploring.

...wearing my life vest to stay afloat. :-)

...riding bamboo boat going to the cave behind the falls. We kept pulling the rope for us to get there. We were unsuccessful with our first try in pulling the rope. We're running out of balance and we eventually fell.  But our second try was the best. Really fascinating experience. It taught me one thing in life, that is, no matter how you tried to hold on to your feelings, you'll still fall in the long run.

...we reached the cave behind the falls. I can't explain how I felt that time. Wish I could go back!
